Meet
Lexi

Lexi is a product and research leader who takes a user-centered approach to product development. She has led research and product teams in developing features and experiences used by billions of people throughout her career at Microsoft. Most recently, her team spear-headed the integration of artificial intelligence into Microsoft’s leading CRM tool for customer service, Dynamics 365.

Before her time in big tech, she worked closely with the US Navy and Army to rapidly develop and transition emerging cyber threat detection technologies and low-cost, portable training flight systems. These technologies are used by cyber operators and F/A-18 pilots serving in the military today.

Lexi is an engaging UX speaker and prolific writer. She shares over 10+ years of knowledge on all things research, product, and design so others may build upon her experiences and insights. You can find her work in UX Mag and on Medium.
