Lexi Neigel is an award-winning UX Manager with deep expertise in team leadership, program management, product strategy, design and research, and human performance. Lexi has 10+ years of program management experience spanning academia, government, and corporate tech.

Lexi Neigel is a two-time 30 Under 30 award recipient, receiving recognition from both the University of Central Florida and 425 Business Magazine for her work on elevating the field of UX. Lexi’s thought pieces on rapid research synthesis have been featured in the prestigious design publication, UX Mag, and the UXR Blog at Microsoft.

Lexi currently manages a global UX team working on integrating AI solutions into CRMs and customer service. Previously, Lexi spear-headed data and insights management on the joint Microsoft-Department of Defense program, IVAS, a product valued at $21.9 billion by the U.S. Army. Her early work in UX and program management at Microsoft has significantly increased the market share of browsing on Microsoft Edge.

Outside of Microsoft, Lexi Neigel has managed development programs for the U.S. Navy F/A-18 carrier landing systems and carrier training simulators.

Lexi has earned a Ph.D. in Human Factors Engineering Psychology and M.S. in Modeling and Simulation from the University of Central Florida, and a B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University.
